About Us

Founded in 2018 by Graham Sutton and his wife, our talented Musical Director Cherry Hartshorn, we bring together singers from across the Munster region who share a passion for close-harmony singing, friendship, and the unique magic of barbershop style. Our repertoire spans popular favourites, jazz standards, gospel, musical theatre classics, and of course, classic barbershop arrangements—delivered in stunning a cappella four-part harmony.We're proud to be active members of the Irish Association of Barbershop Singers (IABS) and have achieved remarkable success on the national stage:

• 2025 Irish National Chorus Champions – Gold medalists at the IABS National Chorus Contest in Killarney (October 2025), where we thrilled audiences and judges alike.

• Back-to-back national success, including Gold in the 2023 National Finals (also in Killarney), where we topped the categories of Singing, Music, and Performance.

• Represented Ireland internationally as 2023 champions at the IABS International Chorus Contest in 2024.

These achievements reflect the dedication, hard work, and joy our members put into every rehearsal and performance. From community concerts and charity events in Bandon and beyond to gala appearances and festival outings, we love sharing our music with supportive audiences across Cork and further afield.We rehearse every Monday evening from 7:30 pm in welcoming venues around Bandon (currently at St Peter's Church or Coláiste na Toirbhirte / Bandon Grammar School area—check our Upcoming Events or Facebook for the latest location details). No prior barbershop experience is needed—just enthusiasm, a love of singing, and a willingness to blend your voice with others. 

We welcome all voice parts, and we're especially keen to hear from more male singers to balance our sound! Whether you're a complete beginner rediscovering your voice, an experienced harmonizer, or simply curious about barbershop's infectious energy, you're warmly invited to drop in for a rehearsal—no commitment, no audition pressure.
